Real time clock failed(RTC failed) at Celestica Thailand

Dear Intel team,

Good day,

           I'm Apiwat M, Supplier quality engineer in Celestica Thailand.

According to Our compony continues found failure Real time clock failed (Actual time don't correct or delay).

We had send sample to Intel for analysis 2 times and result are Passed.

           Then we requested to return and remount but result still failed also.

and Intel suggested, it's concern with Test Miscorrelation.
           So we would like to request Intel team to suggestion, Remote analysis with CTH and conference call with Intel FAE team to confirm with actual set with our DS team for solves this issue.

           By the way, Our global design team have parallel contact with you in refer no#22586 (Case name : RTC delay issue).

Can you advise and accept our request ?

Please see latest FA report in attached file.

           Thank you for your email.
Per our reply in the email to you.

I have accounted for IPS but we can't find category of Intel® Xeon® D-2187NT for create new case.

I tried to find out closest category with Intel® Xeon® D-2187NT processor.

But I still haven't found it.

My intel product of IPS has only Intel®FPGAs only.

Could you advise how we create this processor ?
