Hello!
We plan to design the board based on Xeon E3-1505l v5 processor, but I couldn't find in datasheet (# 332986-002EN Oct. 2015) pin assignment. There is paragraph "6 Signal Description", but there is no information about pin assignment. Also there is no detail information about package. There is paragraph "8 Package mechanical Specifications", but no drawings with detail information for pcb.
The same situation with platform controller hub - CM236. In datasheet (# 332690-001EN) there is no information about pinouts and package.
I'll be very appreciate if somebody say where I can find this information.
Thanks in advance.

Hello, Carlos_A!
Thank you for your reply!
But the first link, that you provide is for LGA 1151 processor package and Intel Xeon Processor E3-1505L v5 is in FCBGA 1440.
Second link doesn't work - it automaticaly redirect to homepage - https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/homepage.html Intel | Data Center Solutions, IOT, and PC Innovation.
And what about mechanical specifiation for pcb?
Can you help me with information about pinout (FCBGA 1440) and mechanical for Intel Xeon Processor E3-1505L v5
and pinout and mechanical specification for Intel Platform Controller Hub CM236?
Thank's in advance!
Best regards, Mike.

Hello, Carlos_A!
Thank you indeed! That's I want to find. But the issue with detail mechanical specification for this package (FCBGA 1440) for pcb footprint is open.
And the same information (pinouts and pcb footprint) is needed for platform controller hub CM236.
Can you help with this information?
Thank's in advance!

Hello, Carlos_A!
Thank you very much! That's exactly what I want to find.
The only one issue that is left - it's detail mechanical specification for package FCBGA 1440 (for Xeon E3-1505l v5) and BGA 837 (for PCH CM236) for pcb footprint.
Can you help with this information?
Thank's in advance!

Hello, Carlos_A!
The ball scheme for PCH CM236 package is very complex.
Is there any ball coordinate table (like for Xeon https://edc.intel.com/Link.aspx%3Fid%3D13062 Skylake H Processor BGA Package Ballout Mechanical Specification document # 544344) for PCH-H CM236 package?
The information from document # 544514 is not enough.
Thank's in advance!
Mike.
