Intel EXPI9301CT has one copper port. What if I install two cards into one machine? Can they be put into one LACP group on Windows Server 2008 R2 (not 2012!) by means of Intel drivers? Any other teaming mode will also be enough, LACP is not a requirement.

Hi Alex, I've tried 2 EXPI9301CT on win2k8 R2 Enterprise and was able to create LACP group, just make sure to install the driver. You can get the driver from the link below:

Other teaming mode can also be configured such as load balancing, fault tolerance, for details of each teaming mode, kindly check out the link below:
