E810 Series GRE v1, PPTP Support

As I found out on this forum (several topics opened on this issue).

Is there any news or plans to support GRE v1 (for example to be able to use PPTP) on intel e810 in the near future?

Support was promised a few years ago...Thank you for your answer.

Regarding your inquiry, Have you try to load DDP COMMS package? GREv1 was fixed as part of DDP COMMS package.

Thank you for your reply. I was trying it with the last DDP COMMS (1.3.45.0), but there was some other problem with my setup (linux kernel 6 related issue). It works now.
