I am not getting internet via Ethernet

Good morning Sir/Ma'am

 

i am not getting the access of internet via ethernet cable. From my side everything is good. I restart the driver a lot of time, but the issue is still here. ethernet cable is working properly. when i insert the cable in port two lights blinking for 2-3 times and turned off. Ethernet driver Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (4) I219-LM.

  • System Type - x64-based PC
  • OS Name - Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
  • Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300U CPU
  • Adapter Type - Ethernet 802.3

As per our video validation regarding the issue which is caused in HP laptop, the port may or may not be faulty as well. Since you are using EliteBook 840 G4 and Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (4) I219-LM being embedded with the laptop, we kindly advise you to contact the HP support for assistance. They will be best equipped to provide support and address any concerns related to the product's warranty coverage.


Unfortunately we are unable to extend support for this product, as it falls outside of our support boundaries.
