Intel Ethernet Connection I219-LM create VLANs Windows 11 impossible

PowerShell cmdlets not available. Intel ANS also not available for Windows 11. What should i do for successfully VLAN configuration?

This NIC is on a HP Z2G4 mini (2018) mainboard.

Thank you very much for your support. I will test this with the Hyper-V switch (will probably also work).

The answer to the OS and hardware:

I219-LM LAN driver version: 12.19.2.45
Windows 11 build version: 22H2
CPU: i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz
