Intel X550-T1 not being recognized

When I plugged my Intel X550-T1 NIC to my PC on a X4 slot, Windows doesnt recognize it. I've checked device manager and it doesnt show up. I checked in the back to see any status lights and I see that there is a very faint green light. So I moved it to a different PCIe port to check if it was the issue, but still no avail. Then I had to verify if I was having PCIe port issues, so I plugged in a LSI HBA and it worked perfectly.

Then I thought that It was just incompatible with my Intel B460 board, So I moved it to another PC (i5 6400, asrock H270 Pro4) tried it on windows and still no avail, checked in the back to see the status lights and saw no light/activity on the card.

I booted up OPNsense on the same H270 motherboard and tried dmesg and saw no log on the intel PCIe NIC.

Finally, I tried Linux Mint. Dmesg didnt show anything about the X550 and lspci doesnt show the NIC either. I'm all out of options to try to get it to show up.
