Who can get a premier account

Hello,

I a am a student working with a lab on an intel tofino switch. I need to access intel P4 studio to program on the switch. I saw on the forum that P4 studio can only be accessed if I have a premier account. I wanted to know what are the conditions to get a premier account. Can a student have access to it?

Sorry if the question isn't in the good forum but I couldn't find a more suitable one.
