hello,
I am using 10CL016 F484.
The power supply is used as follows.
VCCIO monotonically reaches 3.3V as shown in the attached figure (ch2).
VCCINT, VCCD_PLL, and VCCA also monotonically reach the target voltage.
However, only VCCIO drops to 2V for a moment after 2ms.
Is this behavior problematic?
If there is a problem, what is the impact?
VCCINT: 1.2V
VCCD_PLL: 1.2V
VCCA: 2.5V
VCCIO: 3.3V

IO standard is a Single-Ended I / O Standard Specifications.
My design uses 3.3-V LVTTL and 3.3-V LVCMOS.
