How to get the IP core licensing scheme?

i want to buy the IP core IP-10GMRPHY  and IP-SLITE2 for my stratix V gx edition  fpga . Now i have check out the website of mouser for that below is the link provided for the 2 respectively:

 now here there is no mention of whether it is limited to 1 user or more, or is it node locked or floating license and is it time limited or perpetual an if time limited then for what time ? I mean totally confused how do i get this info? does anyone know?
