Hi,
I am trying to get a NDA in place so I can request IBIS-AMI models for the Arria 10. But I don't even see a way to request that.
Is this really the way to get in touch with Altera/Intel corporate? The message board?
I need to do some SI on 10G and PCIe Gen 3 interfaces.

Hello,
You can share the CNDA number with me, and I will check it in the system. If verified, then I will send the IBIS-AMI model to your email.
regards,
Aqid

I have access to the portal, but I can't find the CNDA number. I have posted a support ticket asking for the number.
Thanks for following up!

No, and I haven't gotten any response to my support ticket either.
This has been a terrible experience.

@AqidAyman_Intel I guess I don't know how to enter a request for the CNDA, I tried a couple of ways.
This website is terrible - can you please just tell me how to do it?

I did get this email - which might be related:
We appreciate your interest in Intel's Developer Zone, however, upon review of your application we regret to inform you that your request for a Premier Account has been declined.
Awful customer experience - literally the worst I have had among any major silicon company.

Hi Dan,
I am really sorry for the experience you had with the website.
IBIS-AMI models have been posted to the website as secure assets, where being a secure asset means an NDA is required. Customers with an NDA and secure content entitlement can access them and download them.
Can you help to try request the CNDA using the link below? You are required to request access to secure content - Developer Zone Premier that would give you the access to entitled secure content.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/programs/overview.html#gs.jd5yyb
If you still can't get through the website to request the access with the link I provided, kindly let me know.
Regards,
Aqid
