During the New Project stage, the device model AGIB027R29A1E2VR3 is not available, but the Development Kit DK-DEV-AGI027R1BES is present. However, in the device model list, AGIB027R29A1E2VRC is found. Are VRC and VR3 the same device? Or is it that version 24.2 does not support the device AGIB027R29A1E2VR3?
OS: Windows11
Quartus version:24.2

Dear pudding_art,
Thank you for your patience. After checking from the backend, we noticed that -VR3 is an ES version (Engineering Sample) and had been discontinued its support and hidden since Quartus Prime Pro 23.4 Edition. Below is some workaround & advice for your reference:
- You may use Quartus Prime Pro 23.3 Edition to find -VR3 device, it is available in the device list. (Production version)
- If you insist to use the latest version of Quartus Prime Pro 24.2 Edition (beyond 23.3 edition), kindly reach out to your local distributor to get special INI file in order to access to particular device
- For -VRC, -VR3 or -1VB share the same pinout but the difference is they are for different power solution.
However, seems I am working with your case, I can try to help you to get the encrypted INI file. Kindly check your private mail within these 2 days, and reply with us upon received
Hope these information able to solve your problem. Feel free to let us know if you need further help on this.
Thanks
Hubert
