Dear Intel Support Team,

@IntelSupport

we are encountering a problem in our Agilex SOC Development Kit, which is connected to an I210-T1 Ethernet Server Adapter.

The ping command does not yield any response when executed.

Hello raju1421,

Kindly go thru this site Linux* Base Driver for Intel® Gigabit Ethernet Network Connections to get the latest driver for the IGB.

You can also go thru Intel® Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver Pack to get your driver updated to latest - if you haven't done so.

Kindly go thru the readme files for both driver as it will give you more insights.

Can you please confirm that you have the updated kernels?

Kindly get back to us with the errors if you have after all is updated.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you.
