Hi,

Is there any reference board for FPGA SoC (AGILEX series), with DDR4 SD RAM not SODIMM but direct IC.

Hi VivekV,

Thank you for submitting your question in Intel Community.

I'm Adzim from Penang Global Application Engineer will assist you in this thread.

From my understanding, the memory IC that you are referring to is a component type memory or an on-board memory.

For Agilex series, I can suggest the Agilex F-Series Transceiver-SoC Dev Kit: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/details/fpga/development-kits/agilex/f-series-transceiver/si-agf014.html

The Dev Kit has a DDR4 memory component with 8GB x72bit.

For any further details, you can refer directly to Intel Distributor that available in your region.

Hi,

Thank you,

The Dev Kit you shared is Agilex F- Series Transceiver -SoC (P- Tile and E- Tile),

what I want is in  Agilex F- Series Transceiver -SoC (F- Tile), Is there any reference board available for our design.

Hi Vivek V,

"what I want is in Agilex F- Series Transceiver -SoC (F- Tile), Is there any reference board available for our design."

Unfortunately the development kit that used Agilex F - Series Transceiver - SoC (F-tile) is not available.

But you can reach out to Intel Distributer to address your request.

Hi Vivek V,

Sorry we don't have have the board design for that device with memory component that you are looking for.

You refer to device design guideline when creating the board layout.
