De1-soc rootfs in linux console

hii everyone , i have the de1-soc eval board and i decided to practice the hps cpu

i flashed a sd card with the linux console version from terasic website , and i started a putty serial session and i can see that the board boots up .

i managed too login to the linux to as root and when i type ls i dont see the expand_rootfs.sh or resize2fs_once.sh bash scripts i seems the system is empty , can some help in this subject

my goal is to accesses the dev folder and light to turn on led that is connected to the hps side , i be very glad for help

Hi aiedb,


I am not sure about the bash script used to turn on the LED from Terasic.

Anyway can try to go into Uboot user space and set the specific address which control the GPIO for the LED to turn on. Using Uboot "md" cmd to check the specific address status and "mw" cmd to write that specific register address to turn on the LED.
