Does anyone know who is the FGPA agilex 7 FAE in Intel oregon area

We got the FPGA board 

Agilex 7 FPGA I-Series Development Kit (2x R-Tile and 1x F-Tile)

We are having trouble to get quartus to recognize the device. We have been going around and around from sales, distributor, intel some support group. But nobody we found knows about this product. Any name or phone number could be greatly appreciated.
