Hi Intel Team,

 

Please be informed that, Flex Pen has found the board was failed during FCT due to the board unable to detect in Device Manager. As per failure analysis by Flex Debug found the component ( MPN# EP1AGX60DF780C6N ) from Intel with open line failure. Measuring impedance value at J14. By comparing with known Good board, found pin J14.B20 = OL. Details of failure as attached.

 

Flex Pen would like to send 1 pc of failure component to Intel for failure analysis. Please do provide RMA for return.
