Hi !

I am using Quartus Prime 18.1 and programming a JIC file to the EPCQ256 on the Altera Cyclone V E FPGA Development Kit. I have already set the MSEL as follows:

  • FPGA_MSEL0 ON
  • FPGA_MSEL1 OFF
  • FPGA_MSEL2 ON
  • FPGA_MSEL4 OFF
I also set 5M2210_JTAG_EN to ON.

Is there anything else I might have missed or need to do?

Hi,

Can you run the JTAG chain debugger and provide the screenshot here?
