I am new to Max 10 FPGAs and am trying to ascertain what the maximum I/O speed is for single ended I/O standards such as LVTTL and LVCMOS. I find speed specifications for all the differential I/O standards, but there is nothing in the documentation that indicates whether any of them apply to single ended I/O standards. I am needing to clarify this in order to select a suitable FPGA for a new design. 320 MHz is the target specification I have.

Hello,
There is a few documents that you can refer for your design on Max 10. There are:
1. Intel® MAX® 10 General Purpose I/O User Guide
2. Intel MAX 10 FPGA Device Datasheet
3. Pin-Out Files for Intel® FPGAs
4. Intel® MAX® 10 Clocking and PLL User Guide
I hope this helps.
