I have inserted Stratix® 10 MX FPGA into a PCIe* slot, and installed Quartus, but Quartus doesn't see the hardware/FPGA. If there are some problems with PCIe, or I have to install/activate smth?

I have installed Stratix® 10 MX FPGA into a PCIe* slot, but Windows Device Manager doesn't see it. What can be a problem?
Still, when the desktop and board powers up, the blue power LED illuminates and the board is ready for use.

You have to plug in the separate brick power supply. It needs more than just the slot power.

Thanks! I tried this but doesn't help. I notice that BIOS doesn't see Stratix, and map the PCI slot as empty.
