I am currently working with the component AGFB027R24C2I2V and 10M50DAF256I7G.
I would like to request any available reliability data, specifically MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) or FIT (Failures in Time) information for these parts. If possible, I would appreciate the data at a 90% confidence level.
Thank you in advance for your support. I look forward to your response!

Thank you for providing the website references. However, I’m still unable to find the exact MTBF data.
Would it be possible for you to provide the MTBF value directly (for component AGFB027R24C2I2V and 10M50DAF256I7G)? This would simplify the process greatly.

Hi,
Please confirm the use temperature.
Our report uses 70 degree Celsius.
Also, ST has the eligibility to file an IPS case. You may open IPS for next time.

Aiman

Hi Aiman, thank you for your reponse.
It seems my IT settings might be preventing me from proceeding beyond the designated page to raise an IPS case, making it difficult for me to raise a case directly.
I hope you can continue assisting me with the FIT rates for the 2 components: AGFB027R24C2I2V and 10M50DAF256I7G (at 90% CL).
Thank you so much for your patience and support in helping to address this request!
