help! my laptop's ghz changed! before, I checked this in the settings and I saw my ghz was 2.16 ghz to 2.58 ghz but yesterday when I checked again my ghz changed! and it changed to 2.16 ghz to 2.17, previously 2.16 to 2

1. Where can you see that the seed of the processor changed? Can you send us some screenshot or video?
