Gaming with intel uhd graphics 600, need help

Hello everyone, I tried to install a game and it worked and when I started it a fatal error appeared. After a few minutes, the GPU driver could not be recovered after the device reset the call stack (12 frames). I sought all the help from the game support department but they say I need to download the latest version of my video driver but I think I already did that, what should I do now?

It would be a huge help if we can get more information about your system. Please download and run our Intel® System Support Utility and share the log file (.txt), so we can get your system configuration details. In addition to that, please also share a screenshot of the error, the name of the game having this issue and its distributor.

Upon checking the game's system requirements, your system is not able to meet both the processor and video card requirements. Just to make sure we are on the same page, you successfully installed the game but were not able to play it, is that correct? If this is the case, you may have to contact your system manufacturer support to check if you may upgrade your system to meet the game's required hardware setup.
