Can I use Intel Nuc 12 Extreme i9 with Nvidia Geforce 3090TI founders edition graphic card for gaming?

If it physically fits and has adequate power, then, yes, you can use it.  How you use it is up to you.

All i want is to play games smoothly. Someone told me that 3090TI is too much for this PC but i saw a yt video of someone has 3080TI in it:

Look on page 35 of the technical specification for limitations on add-on card:

It has dimension and power limitations.

Sorry i dont understand what you mean. I saw a yt video that someone has 3080 in this PC. In this case can i use it with 3090TI too?

I have provided you the physical specifcations (the size) allowed.  And I have provided you the amount of power provided.

 

Now, you look up the physical specs on whatever card you are getting and see if it fits.  And, look up the power requirements and see if there is adequate power for your card.
