This is not a new issue it has been here for 2-3 years and it has never been fixed. the ground in every warzone map is rainbow colored and i have tried every setting possible nothing works and when i turn on frame gen with fsr3 game stutters allot. my system specs are:
i7 1260p
iris xe graphics 96 eu
16 gb ram
(My laptop does not have any issues my drivers are up to date so please do not ask me to give any report because I know nothing is wrong) and also please do not close this thread because there are thousands of people with the same issue wanting to play warzone but they can't. I thought that one day this glitch would be fixed but it was not fixed. You guys had 2 years to fix this and we want it fixed.

Hello UrLOst,
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your concern. I understand your frustration.
To assist you effectively, please answer the following questions:
- What is the make and model of your laptop?
- What is the exact Driver Version of your Iris Xe Graphics 96 EU?
- Are you using Arc Control or Intel Graphics Command Center?
- Could you let me know if the stuttering and rainbow-colored textures started after a specific driver update or game patch?
- Have you noticed these issues happening in other games or just Warzone?
- Can we request a screenshot of the glitch you're seeing in game? This can help us visualize the issue better.
I understand your reluctance to share reports, but driver logs or additional system details would be of help as well. Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
We look forward for your response!

Thank you for your response, the SSU Report, and the screenshot. This helps us better understand the issue you're facing.
To further investigate and assist you more effectively, could you kindly provide the following details:
- Could you provide a screenshot or a detailed list of your in-game settings, particularly related to graphics. This will allow us to replicate your setup and better understand the issue.
- You have mentioned seeing a similar issue in Detroit: Become Human. Have you experienced graphical glitches or stuttering in any other games?
- Are you playing the game in full-screen or windowed mode?

So apparently, I was playing counter strike 2 and saw graphical glitches with this new driver. And I also was not because of any game update since there was no update.
In the attached video, you can see that fire is particles showing up as square made up of circle and same thing happens when i hit the wall with something.

Thank you for your response and providing the necessary information requested. For us to dig deeper, we would need a visualization of the said issue.
If you have a game or app that is not performing as you would expect then we need to know it.
Numbers and statistics speak a universal language so when submitting your bug to Intel try capturing the following information:
Describe the performance issue as best as you can.
- Per example: FPS drop when entering ‘x’ or ‘y’ section.
Provide screenshots or describe the graphics settings used in-game.
- Per example: Ultra quality preset, video resolution, ray-tracing on, etc. etc.
Submit CapFrameX capture data (.json files) reproducing the issue.
- Capture data at least 3 times to define a good performance baseline.
About CapFrameX
This is a 3rd party tool for frametimes capture and analysis based on Intel's PresentMon. The overlay is provided by Rivatuner Statistics Server (RTSS).
CapFrameX Installation instructions:
- Go to https://www.capframex.com/download and download the latest version of CapframeX.
- Go to https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/rtss-rivatuner-statistics-server-download.html and download the latest version of RTSS.
- Unzip both installers and install them.
- Launch CapFrameX and then close it. This is so it creates the user Configuration folder.
- Download and unzip the file OverlayEntryConfiguration_0.json (attached in this post) with the recommended RTSS configuration.
- Paste this file to %userprofile%\Documents\CapFrameX\Configuration.
- In the Capture tab, set the "Capture time" to 0. This is to remove the preset limit in capture time.
- In the Overlay tab, uncheck "Auto-Disable OSD" and click the save icon.
Capturing the Performance Data:
- Open CapframeX and do NOT minimize or close it.
- Open the game and go to the part of the game you need to be to reproduce the issue. You should see the RTSS overlay in the top left corner of your screen, with the status "<game name> ready to capture…".
- Press F11 to start capturing data and reproduce the issue. The Status in the overlay will change to "Recording frametimes XX s".
- Once you have reproduced the issue, press F11 to finish the data capturing. The Status in the overlay will change to "Processing data".
- Back to CapFrameX, you can find all the data captures in the left panel of the Analysis tab. Clicking any one of these captures will display the results on the right.
- To export the data captured as a JSON file, right click the capture and click on "Copy/paste recording file(s)".
We look forward to your response!
Best Regards,
Robbie R.

Hello UrLOst,
Thank you for patiently waiting, as per our Engineer's Feedback, the games mentioned, Call of Duty: Warzone and Detroit: Become Human both require a discrete graphics card for optimal performance, unlike Counter-Strike 2.
To further investigate this issue, we would like to know where the above mentioned games are downloaded from? (Steam, Epic Games, etc)
Since you are using an Intel® NUC M15 Laptop Kit - EVO LAPRC710, we highly recommend for you to download the graphics driver from the NUC's driver pack, specifically version 31.0.101.4575. This driver is custom-made for the NUC. Please let us know the outcome after the driver installation.
We look forward to your response!

I agree that games like Call of Duty and Detroit: Become Human need a graphics card to run but Call of duty is playable, I am getting 60 fps with XeSS. I have seen some AMD alternatives of my CPU and IGPU, It runs games same fps as my CPU but with no ground texture glitch as shown in some replies in this post.
As you can see there are more than 1000 views in this post, it means that this is a big problem. All we need is fixed ground textures and that is it.
I have also downloaded the driver you suggested which fixed the Counter-Strike issue but Call of Duty texture is still not fixed. I cannot provide any information about Detroit: Become Human because I do not have the game installed.

Hello UrLOst,
Thank you for patiently waiting. We would like to determine the exact game distribution service you are using, as these services have specific digital restrictions and updates.
Are you playing Call of Duty: Warzone via Steam, Battle.Net or on another platform? This information will help us replicate the issue accurately by downloading the game from the correct distribution service.
We look forward to your response!
