ANSYS 2020

Dear Intel,

while installing ANSYS version 2020, I received this message:

"There was a problem installing the following prerequisites:

Intel SDK for OpenCL - CPU only runtime package

Would you like to re-try?

If the installation of the prerequisites fails after multiple attempts, please attempt to install the prerequisites yourself, or contact your system administrator."

Here I have the option to click YES or NO. If I clicked NO, the installation ran without any problem.

After successful installation, I started the program. I have a 4K monitor, so everything was extra small, but I set DPI properties by right-clicking on the program shortcut. This problem is eliminated, but the image is blurry, not sharp when using the program.

Is there any correlation between the blurry image and the message what I received during the installation? I need a sharp screen to see the simulations on my screen in good quality. Poor quality is unacceptable for such a graphics-oriented program.

What should I do to fix the problem?
Please reply to my e-mail address if there is any solution to the above problem.

My processor: Intel Core i7-11850H 4.8GHz turbo, 8/16 core
My videocard: nVidia QUADRO RTX A3000 6GB GDDR6

My address is: <email removed>

Thanks a lot!

Best regards,
Krisztián Szabó
