Adaptive Sync Inactive

My Adaptive Sync options for Arc(TM) A370M are greyed out under the Display - Global Settings.

My Drivers are up to date, but can't turn adaptive sync on or unlock FPS.

Please Help.

Please specify the manufacturer and model of your device.

Please also create a Report for Intel Graphics Drivers and attach the output file here.

The analysis of the EDID shows that this screen only supports a fixed refresh rate of 60 Hz.

That's why you can't enable Adaptive Sync. Has it ever worked on this device or is there any reason to believe it should work?

I had some frame rate issue, but it seems stable again. I came across adaptive sync and thought it would improve my frame rate capability, I just didn't understand why I couldn't enable it. At least now I know why.

Thank you.
