I am experiencing a problem where the application closes without displaying any dialogs.
The Widowds event viewer records "Faulting module path: C:\Windows\System32\ucrtbase.dll", and crash dump analysis records "FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: FAIL_FAST_FATAL_APP_EXIT_c0000409_igd12um32xel.dll!Unknown".
The issue was resolved by updating the driver to Ver.31.0.101.5382.
I would like to explain to the user that it was a driver bug. Please let me know if there is a way to check for driver updates.

Hello @sato-software-support ,
I understand that you encountered an issue with the Intel® UHD Graphics 770 driver (version 31.0.101.5081), resulting in application crashes without displaying any dialogs. The event viewer recorded a “Faulting module path: C:\Windows\System32\ucrtbase.dll”, and the crash dump analysis indicated a “FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: FAIL_FAST_FATAL_APP_EXIT_c0000409_igd12um32xel.dll!Unknown”.
The good news is that the issue was resolved by updating the driver to Ver.31.0.101.5382. It appears that this was indeed a driver bug. To explain this to the user, you can let them know that updating to the newer driver version addressed the issue.
I hope this will help you
Best Regards,
