Blender oneAPI loads slower than "none" option

In graphic options of Blender can be selected next options:

1. "none" - default Blender behavior with GPU

2. "oneAPI" - for our case, as each GPU maker, with "Embree GPU" check.

Next step - set Cycles on GPU mode. And if select a first options - it's starts to render immediately, but if second - loading around 15 or more seconds.

Why oneAPI - that native for Arc - loads so much slower than Blender default?

CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400F 2.50 GHz

RAM: 32,0 Gb

GPU: Intel Arc A770 16 Gb

OS: Windows 10 2H22 build 19045.2965

Driver version: 31.0.101.4972

Motherboard: MSI PRO-B660M-P-DDR4

BIOS: 7D24v2D

Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities.

Did you test this on the latest version of Blender? We would like to know whether this 15-second loading time is only happening at the very beginning before the render starts or if it affects the overall time for the render to finish completely compared to the "note" option.

If possible share a short video showing the issue and a small sample file in case we need to test the app.
