Hello,
I'm developing two products based on Atom mini-itx boards which use the Intel 945GSE + ICH7M chipset.
The boards are running a stripped down Linux debian (kernel 2.6.26) with no graphics support - the applications are headless.
The motherboards are fanless, but althought there is no display activity whatsoever, the mobo chipsets run quite hot, about 10C above the CPU itself.
Isn't there a way of forcing the graphics chipset to sleep via a module option or system call? (I currently have no modules related to the graphic card loaded).
Thanks!
Joao
