Hello Cyborg25,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
I would like to gather more information for me to address your concern correctly. Please provide the details below.
1. What was the las known working driver version?
2. Have you tried rolling back the driver?
3. When do the issue happen (launching the game, start of the game, mid game)?
4. Are you seeing any error messages after the crash?
5. Is the issue isolated to Fortnite?
6. What are your in game settings when the issue happens?
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
I'm looking forward to your response!
Best regards,
Jed G.

1. The latest driver before this worked totally fine.
2. Yes i have and they work totally fine but I play other games which require latest drivers to be installed so i can't keep them rooled back.
3. Issue occurs at random moments sometimes while launching the game a bunch of times while playing it and sometimes while in lobby/menu.
4. Yes there are error messages that pop up but they are never specific about anything.
5. Yes the issue is isolated to fortnite. No other games have given me any such issue after the latest driver update.
6. my in game settings are set to the lowest at 1080p. The game used to run very well on past drivers with constant 60fps, but the performance has hugely dropped after the latest driver update, The fps keeps dropping into 40s and stutters like crazy.
7. That SSu.txt is my SSU report.
Please fix this issue, Its very annoying to play a game like this.
Regards

Hello Cyborg25,
Thank you for sharing all the information.
I would like you to try the recommendations below and please advise if it will help with your concern.
1. Try to load the default BIOS setting in your system, or update the BIOS
2. Update Windows
3. Check for memory issues
4. Run CPU stress test for Windows - Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool
For reference: Troubleshooting Tips for Random System Crashes
Additionally, we have a newer driver version 101.6252. Could you please try to download and install the newer version then monitor the system to check if the same issue will occur? Here's the download link: Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*
Should you encounter the same issue after the recommendations above, let me know.
Best regards,
Jed G.

The latest drivers don't work either and makes the game crash even more.
As for the fixes you have suggested, none of those work.
