I have a intel IrisXE graphic card

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz

I am having trouble on the game  YAKUZA: LIKE A DRAGON.

some cutscenes will freeze the game or just crash.

Is there any solutions ?

I am already at Chapter11, and so far I could play it with  IrisXE graphic card, so there must be someting make the cutscenes animations crash, any chance for the patch/updates?

Thank you.

Here's the yakuza: Like the Dragon System minimum system requirements, you may check on your end if your system specification meets the game requirements.

Thank you,

but it doesn't help at all.

what I understand is that  IrisXE graphic card does not support most of the games even with the lowest setting.

Although I can play for a while but it freeze, crash ...etc.

I should avoid to buy computer that has intel graphic next time.

Hello BreezeLL,

Thank you so much for the response, and we apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Based on our research, the system that we have does not meet the game's requirements due to the necessity of a discrete graphics card for optimal performance. In regards to that, we suggest that you also reach out to the game developer for the most effective resolution.

By the way, to further troubleshoot the issue, please share with us your SSU logs, as they contain your system information, so we can confirm the specifics of your system setup.

Thank you, and have a great day ahead!

Best regards,
