Hey guys, i own a HP probook 4520s (i5) and i'am trying to update the graphics card which is HP's intel HD graphics but i can't find an update on HP's website. Whenever i go on intel's website to download a graphics driver it tells me that the driver is not validated for this computer. Could i just uninstall HP's intel HD graphics driver and install intel's graphics driver? Please help.
My driver version is : 8.15.10.2189

Hello,
Intel makes available generic versions of the Intel® graphics drivers. However, Intel always recommends that you check with your computer manufacturer and use the latest Intel graphics driver provided by your computer manufacturer.
The reason is that your computer manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes in the drivers they provide for your computer. So, to avoid any potential installation incompatibilities on your computer, Intel recommends that you first check with your computer manufacturer and use the driver provided by your computer manufacturer.
If you would like to force your system to use a generic driver, you can try using the instructions on this article:

Keep in mind that if your system features switchable graphics, you should not use a generic driver. For more information on this, please refer to this article:
