Hello KingArtur,
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We understand that you are facing issues when playing New World.
It is important to mention that, based on the Intel® Arc™ A-Series Graphics System Requirements, we recommend using 10th-generation or newer processors.
To have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
- Is Resizable BAR enabled on your BIOS? Resizable BAR or Smart Access Memory must be enabled for optimal performance in all applications using Intel® Arc™ A-Series Graphics. Refer to your system manufacturer's support page to confirm Resizable BAR support.
- Share with us a screenshot of the graphics settings you are using.
- Provide us with a video showing the problem you are experiencing.
- Create a report using the following tools:
- Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU)
- Download the Intel SSU
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
- Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
- Intel® Graphics Command Center:
- Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
- Navigate to the Support tab
- Select System Diagnostic
- Click Generate Report
- Select Save and name the output file.
Best regards,
Jean O.

Hello KingArtur,
Thanks for your response.
As we previously mentioned, we recommend using 10th gen or newer processors for optimal performance when using Intel® Arc™ A-Series Graphics. Additional platforms/motherboards with Resizable BAR / Smart Access Memory enabled may also support Intel® Arc™ A-Series graphics. Refer to your system manufacturer's support page to confirm Resizable BAR support.
Best regards,
Jean O.
