Intel NUC7i5BNH Keeps Turning Itself On

As soon as it received power, it turns itself on. I turned off all the wake-on settings. It's running Ubuntu 24.04.1, the same as my other computers, but none of my other computers do that.

I apologise I posted this in the wrong category, I can't find a location to that fits the problem.
