No .zip file listed for 4255 driver

Will the newest ARC driver released in .zip format?

It is the first driver I have seen released for the ARC series in .exe only.

I unfortunately, need the .zip file since every .exe installation has crashed during installation.

That has been the case since I've owned the card.
