I have a Dell 5550 and I installed the latest Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6458/32.0.101.6257, however I detected that with that driver installed i could not use a virtual machine. I use a VM to work and open it with Citrix Workspace, however with this driver the use of the VM is impossible since it it extremely slow. To solve this I installed the previous version Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6449/32.0.101.101.6256 which solved the VM problem, however this version also has its problems. With this previous version I have problems using Microsoft Teams in meetings with multiple people where their cameras and screen sharings keep glitching green which I noted that is correlated to the graphics usage in the task manager constantly spiking to 100%.
I dont know if you are already aware of these problems, the teams problem seems to be fixed in the latest version however the VM problem is a really bad one since it makes the VM so slow that it makes it impossible for me to work.
King regards

Hello SimãoMarques,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:
- When did you purchase the system?
- Was it working fine before?
- What is the model of your Graphics controller?
- What is the model of your processor?
- By the way, have you tried contacting Dell about this issue to check if the system is capable of those features?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
