Estou usando windows 10.

Now that you have tried our drivers with no success, I would like to know if there any chance you can try with the drivers from your computer manufacturer, normally computer manufacturers customize driver according to the features for each computer model, so the best support should be provided by ASUS. Please, see here for the drivers from ASUS https://www.asus.com/Notebooks/ASUS_VivoBook_S400CA/HelpDesk_Download/ ASUS VivoBook S400CA | Notebooks | ASUS Global, give it a try and let me know if the issue persists.
Regards,
Amy.

I apologize for that!
The next step in this case would getting in contact with computer manufacturer since it's possible that they are aware of the issue and can provide more troubleshooting steps.
Regards,
Amy.

- Right click Intel Graphics Driver and select Uninstall.
- Select the check box Delete the driver software for this device.
- Reboot the computer after uninstall process has finished.

Amy.
