I recently bought the laptop specified in the subject and am having severe issues with frame rate and lag whilst running any online or offline games.
I have attached the DxDiag files.
I was running Counter Strike: GO and Skyrim: Special Edition on low settings.

Please be aware that the driver I am sharing with you is a generic driver from Intel® and some features of it might not be available for your machine, we always recommend verifying if there is any update with the manufacturer of the computer. Nevertheless, we can try to perform this troubleshooting step.
Then, I would like to know which is the frame rate that you are having while playing these games. Additionally, is this laptop connected to an external display or you are using the built-in display?
