Is your system up to date now? Energy Server Service queencreek is a service installed by Intel Driver Update Utility. In case you have the latest Intel drivers, you can disable or uninstall this service.

a.    Go to the Device Manager

b.    Look for Intel Driver Update Utilityright-click and select Uninstall.

Hi Jose,

I found this error in Event Viewer as "Event ID 2 USER_ESRV_SVC_QUEENCREEK" indicating that the installation is corrupted or missing   I do not find Intel Driver Update Utility in Device Manager.

Goto Windows key + x, Apps and Features, search for Intel.  Select Intel Driver & Support Assistant, then Modify.  Then in the Intel popup window select Repair.  Upon completion, a restart will be needed.  Result:  The error went away.  Hope this is useful.

Regards, Charles
