Hello, I was searching for awhile to find an Intel Arc laptop, and most that I found are only A370M and more rarely the A530M. None of them meets my needs of getting 144+ FPS at Star Wars: Squadrons. So, when you all released an Intel Arc A550M to A770M laptop be released?

Hi IcyFrost,

I just wanted to make sure I understand your inquiry correctly. Are you looking for laptops that can handle a specific game using GPUs like the Intel Arc A550M to A770M? As far as I know, these mobile series GPUs are already available in the market, integrated into various laptops. However, achieving the desired FPS might also depend on certain configurations or settings.

Could you please elaborate or be more specific about the information you need? This way, I can provide you with the most accurate and helpful information available.

Thank you!

Best regards,

Yes, I do want to buy an Arc graphics from A550M to A770M. However, I was not able to find any of these Arc GPUs in a laptop. Can you send some links about these Arc GPUs featured in a laptop?

Unfortunately, the A550M was unavailable in the Intel NUC X15 because it was discontinued. And the A530M does not meet my expectation. So that leaves me wondering, when are you all going to release the A550M to A770M aside from the Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9I which has a A530M?

Question, I was wondering. Why did did Intel released A530M the 4GB GDDR6 variants in the Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9I instead of A550M or higher?

And another question, is the Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9I with A530M 4GB GDDR6 going to be restock? I notice that it wasn't restock, so I was wondering why.

Hi IcyFrost,

Intel's decision to release the A530M 4GB GDDR6 variant in the Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9I instead of the A550M or higher models is likely influenced by several factors:

  • Cost Efficiency: The A530M is an entry-level GPU, which helps keep the overall cost of the laptop lower. This makes the Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9I more affordable and attractive to budget-conscious consumers
  • Target Market: The LOQ series is aimed at the ultra-budget gaming segment. By including the A530M, Lenovo can offer a gaming laptop that meets the needs of casual gamers who don't require high-end graphics performance
  • Power Consumption: The A530M has lower power consumption compared to higher-end models like the A550M. This can lead to better battery life and less heat generation, which is beneficial for a budget gaming laptop
  • Performance Balance: The A530M provides sufficient performance for 1080p gaming, which aligns with the specifications of the LOQ 15IAX9I, such as its 1080p display. This ensures a balanced performance without overloading the system

Overall, the inclusion of the A530M in the Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9I is a strategic choice to balance cost, performance, and power efficiency for the target market. This is only my personal point of view however if you want to ask for additional information and the reason behind inventory, I think it is the best to inquire with Lenovo for specific answer as I do not have visibility on these details.
