impossible d'utiliser after effect cs6 (certes ancienne version de logiciel et W11) avec intel iris xe
message : "panne en cours dernier message enregistré : <12092><GPUManager><2>Sniffer result code: 3"
Est-ce normal? existe t il un réglage particulier ou une MAJ pour solutionner ce problème?

Je confirme que l'erreur se produit systématiquement lors du lancement d'After Effects. Le logiciel ne prend pas le temps de se charger
le numéro de build du système d'exploitation : Version 24H2 (build du systeme d'exploitation 26100.2605)

pour info le lancement d'AE CS6 via l'application ne fonctionne pas, cependant nous avons pu réussir à ouvrir le logiciel par hasard via l'application MS-DOS
cela est un peux plus laborieux mais probablement que la carte graphique n'est pas en cause
vous pouvez clore cette demande maintenant
