center screen tearing

when playing WGT Golf on windows11 I am now getting screen tearing after hitting the ball and it always happens close to the center part of the screen. Never had this happen on my old widows10 dell 4gb 512 laptop and now playing the game on a HP 32gb 1TB laptop.

I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please help share the details below, so I can fully check the possible root cause of the problem.

 

1) What is the current processor and graphics adapter installed on your system device?

2) Share the graphics driver version currently installed, and other versions that you have tried, having the issue. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

  • Scan: Check the box Everything.
  • Click Scan.
  • Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  • Click Save (.txt). *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.

3) Kindly share where can the game be obtained (Steam, Epic, etc.).

4) For graphics corruption (per example artifacts, textures corruption or lighting glitches), please use Intel Arc Control to capture screenshots or a video showing the bug. *Upload the screenshots as you reply.

This is my third attempt trying to reply and now just figured out how to do it as the problem was replying to email which was no reply. I guess this has been closed so now I will just have to live with the screen tearing or look for another graphic alternative.
