crash in ig9icd64.dll

Dear community manager,

          Hello.

          I'm in present of ISVision Tech Company, dedicating in developping our own industrial software. However, those days we've found an issue cannot analyzed directly by ourselves. Here comes the details:  While we try to click our UI , our software crash sometime. By analyzing stack text in dump, we find out that the crash happens in igicd64.dll(Version: 21.20.16.4541). This issue keeps coming out though we update version from to.
