So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]

Hello @malte2

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

We do apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We understand that you were being assisted by our Chat support team and now we will continue with the assistance here in this thread.

From the chat notes and the information in your post, we understand that you have problems trying to manually download and update the graphics driver; and also that the update is being requested by the game Fortnite*. Is this correct?

Do you mean that you are trying to download the driver from Intel® Download Center and trying to use the .exe installer? Please provide more details.

Also, please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system:

  • Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer
  • Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
  • Once you have saved the file (.txt file), please attach it to your reply.

To upload and attach a file, use the "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach" option below the response textbox.

Best regards,
