Based on the SSU report, it looks like updating your graphics driver to the latest version could help resolve the issue. Here are the steps you should follow:

 

  1. Perform a Clean Installation Using DDU How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an...:
  • Download and install Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU).
  • Run DDU and follow the on-screen instructions to completely remove the previous version of the graphics driver.

 

  1. Install the Latest Graphics Driver:
  • Visit the Intel Download Center and download the latest graphics driver for your system.
  • Install the downloaded driver and follow the installation prompts.

 

After completing these steps, please let me know if this resolves the issue.
