• Share a video showing the issue.
• Share a screenshot or video of the in-game graphics settings
• Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it. 
• Is Resizable BAR enabled on your system?

We want to let you know that our latest driver version 30.0.101.4148 includes performance improvements for Resident Evil 4 Remake Chainsaw Demo, we would advise updating to this driver, however, if the issue persists, please share with us the information requested in my previous post.
