the message is the title of my mail
how can i send you the report of my system?
i cannot update windows it starts loading and stops by 50%
i cannot update intel drivers
when i connect my iphone 12 with usb it shows in the gerätetemanager a yellow mark and says i have to update the drivers
but when i do this an installer is missing so it doesent work

3. Are you trying to download a driver?
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

Based on the SSU logs, I can see that you are using NUC10 system. Please be advised that the technical and warranty support for Intel’s NUC 7 through NUC 13 systems has transitioned to ASUS as of January 16, 2024. All software, firmware, BIOS support, and security advisories will be supported through ASUS as well. Please contact Official Support | ASUS Global.
For reference: Customer Support Services for Intel® NUC Products Has Transitioned to ASUS as of January 16, 2024

Based on the SSU logs, I can see that you are using an NUC10 system. As previously advised by my colleague, please be informed that as of January 16, 2024, the technical and warranty support for Intel’s NUC 7 through NUC 13 systems has transitioned to ASUS. This includes all software, firmware, BIOS support, and security advisories.
General Information: As of January 16, 2024, technical and warranty support for Intel’s NUC 7 through NUC 13 Systems has transitioned to ASUS. All other product support remains with Intel. For more details, please visit the Intel Newsroom.
Technical Support: Starting January 16, 2024, all software, firmware, BIOS support, and security advisories for these NUC systems will be supported through ASUS.
Warranty Support: ASUS will handle all new warranty cases as of January 16, 2024. At its discretion, Intel may continue to manage warranty cases opened before January 16, 2024. However, Intel support will not extend past January 30, 2024. For any questions on the transitioned products, please contact ASUS Customer Support.

Transition Support Changes:
- The Intel Partner Alliance program will not continue through the ASUS transition.
- All Advanced Warranty Support (AWR) for NUC will cease under ASUS starting January 16, 2024, but ASUS may offer comparable benefits. Please contact ASUS for more information.
- Any NUCs sold by ASUS will be supported by a 3-year limited warranty covering all hardware included in the box.
