Hello Rokidi,

Based on the SSU logs, I can see that you are using an NUC10 system. As previously advised by my colleague, please be informed that as of January 16, 2024, the technical and warranty support for Intel’s NUC 7 through NUC 13 systems has transitioned to ASUS. This includes all software, firmware, BIOS support, and security advisories.

General Information: As of January 16, 2024, technical and warranty support for Intel’s NUC 7 through NUC 13 Systems has transitioned to ASUS. All other product support remains with Intel. For more details, please visit the Intel Newsroom

Technical Support: Starting January 16, 2024, all software, firmware, BIOS support, and security advisories for these NUC systems will be supported through ASUS.

Warranty Support: ASUS will handle all new warranty cases as of January 16, 2024. At its discretion, Intel may continue to manage warranty cases opened before January 16, 2024. However, Intel support will not extend past January 30, 2024. For any questions on the transitioned products, please contact ASUS Customer Support

ASUS Contact Information:

Transition Support Changes:

  • The Intel Partner Alliance program will not continue through the ASUS transition.
  • All Advanced Warranty Support (AWR) for NUC will cease under ASUS starting January 16, 2024, but ASUS may offer comparable benefits. Please contact ASUS for more information.
  • Any NUCs sold by ASUS will be supported by a 3-year limited warranty covering all hardware included in the box.
