Granblue Fantasy:Relink游戏崩溃

我的环境是Arc750+Windows10,通过DDU卸载了旧的驱动程序版本后,安装了31.0.101.5445,Arc750的所有设置都是默认值

 

该游戏的分辨率是窗口的1600 x 900,其它图像设置也是默认值

 

游戏崩溃的原因无法确定,这次崩溃有以下特征:

1.没有任何错误提示,游戏卡住一会后自动关闭

2.在任务中的战斗场景触发

3.崩溃时间无法确定,可能几分钟就触发,也可能几个小时都不触发

4.在31.0.101.5333的驱动程序版本中从未出现,从31.0.101.5382至31.0.101.5445的驱动程序版本中开始出现

 

out.mp4显示了游戏崩溃的时间在02:12

We have conducted tests with the Intel® ArcTM A750 Graphics and driver versions 31.0.101.5445, 31.0.101.5382, and 31.0.101.5330; no crashing issues were encountered while using high and ultra settings.


To assist us in our ongoing investigation, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share a screenshot or screen recording of your graphics settings. This will enable us to replicate the environment more precisely and work towards a resolution.

崩溃时间是随机的,和游戏运行时长无关。

我尝试了新版本31.0.101.5518,玩了6个多小时没问题,关闭游戏后,再重新启动游戏,在任务中战斗一会,游戏就崩溃了,新版本和上述旧版本存在同样的问题

 

游戏长时间没崩溃的情况,我就会重启游戏再测试

Thank you so much for patiently waiting on our response.

 

Please try the latest Arc driver, 101.5534, and check if the crash issue will still occur.


If yes, kindly provide the following additional details in order for us to investigate the issue more deeply:

 

1. Does the crash happen on saved games only or even on new games?

2. If it only happens on saved games, may we get a copy of your saved game files? Once we receive your saved game files, we will replicate the issue in our lab.

 

By the way, we advised you to try the driver at 101.5534 since our senior engineers already replicated the issue with Arc driver 101.5534, and we never encountered any crashes.
