Hello,
I have recently upgraded my GPU from the GTX 1650 to your Arc A750, which then called for another upgrade for my processor from Ryzen 5 1600 to Ryzen 5 3600, and now everything works flawlessly except for the Intel Arc Control app.
It doesn't respond to any clicks, the Alt+O In-Game Overlay doesn't give any readings, and the Alt+I command makes it so I have to restart the computer because I can't click on anything on the desktop. I have read some of the other forums, but only one of them seemed to have this problem, but the solution on that forum doesn't apply in my case. I have updated BIOS to the latest version, installed the latest drivers, deleted them with DDU, then installed them again, tried manually installing only the Arc Control, but to no avail. I'm all out of ideas, so I'm hoping you could help me.
I have gathered some logs and screenshots to help your "investigation"
Thank you in advance.

Hi Davinco13,
Thank you for waiting.
Upon checking, the latest version of Arc Control only requires Windows Desktop Runtime - 8.0.7 so if there are other versions installed (check Windows -] Settings -] Apps & Features) proceed to uninstall all of them.
Then check if the issue persists, if so then a clean OS installation would be suggested. Alternatively, by December 13th approximately the new Intel Graphics Software app will be released, and this one replaces Arc Control so customer could wait for its release.
Best regards,

Hi Davinco13,
Thank you for patiently waiting.
To further troubleshoot the issue, please try the following steps:
- Perform a Windows update.
- Try using different graphics driver versions to determine if the issue is related to the driver. Try version 31.0.101.5522 (Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*), which is the oldest available driver.
- For additional troubleshooting steps, you can refer to our Intel® Arc™ Control's Overlay Function Freezing article.
Best regards,

Thank you for your answer,
I have performed a Windows update (it was a minor one), but that hasn't helped me.
I have tried every previous driver version that I could, (because some of the driver links like the 31.0.101.5522 give an error which I will provide in this post).
But the other driver versions that I could install, haven't helped the Control App issue.
As for the fresh install of Windows solution, I would like to leave that as a last resort when I've made sure that nothing else helps.
Also, I would like to mention that every time I launch the Intel Arc Control app, there is a 1-2 second period where I can click on anything on the app, but then it freezes.
I don't know if that information helps, but I just wanted to add that.
Thank you.

Hello,
I have followed your advice and waited for the "Intel Graphics Software" app to release, and it works flawlessly!
I have no idea what the problem was with Arc Control, but I'm glad I don't have to worry about it anymore
Thank you kindly for your assistance!
